Have you ever wondered if your applicant can physically do the job they are applying for?

This evaluation is done after a conditional offer of employment is made and before the applicant starts work.  It benefits all involved in several ways
  • Workforce Readiness: Is the applicant physically qualified for the position
  • Lost-Time Reduction: Testing can reduce the cost of work injuries, improve productivity, and reduce temporary disability payments

These evaluations are based on the essential functions of the position as identified through a formal job analysis.  These evaluations are:

  • Cost effective
  • Time effective
  • Beneficial for both employer and employee
  • Considers ADA and EEOC guidelines and requirements
